• Mehek restaurant based in the City is certainly making a name for it self with City crowd by serving an exquisite and exciting high quality Indian cuisine. I thought I would eat there as I had heard so much about it and thought being in the City it must be good and I admit I was not disappointed. I understand the word Mehek to mean scent or perfume or fragrance and they do offer a very sophisticated dining experience to those who want more from eating out and are willing to pay for it. If you were to take Indian dine dining a level up then this would be the place to be.• The menu is extensive and covers a broad section of cuisine in the varied and different regions of the Indian Sub Continent. The authentic regional cuisines have been moderated by Mehek’s chef in order to create wonderful and intoxicating tastes exhibiting regional cookery at its best using ingredients sourced or produced here in the UK. The décor of the restaurant is very conducive to promoting luxurious and relaxed dining in order to do justice to the food. It has very comfortable seating, a massive bar which has a well edited wine list. The service is warm and friendly without being over attentive or snotty. Each every guest is well looked after by a team of friendly and knowledgeable staff who will concentrate on making sure that people dining in Mehek will enjoy their time and delight in the gastronomic delights extolled by the restaurant.
